Great Northern Powder Guides, Untracked Guides, and Epic Planks are excited to announce the Epic Powder Prize contest. The winner of the Epic Powder Prize Contest will win a Montana cat skiing trip for two with Great Northern Powder Guides in Whitefish, MT. The trip includes 2 days of cat skiing and 2 nights of lodging. In addition to the cat skiing trip, the winner will receive a free pair of handmade skis or a snowboard from Epic Planks.
Details for the contest are below. Finalist will be chosen based on creativity and uniqueness. Incorporating video and/or photos with your entry is encouraged.
The Prize:
- 2 days of cat skiing in Whitefish, Montana at Great Northern Powder Guides for 2 guests
- 2 nights accommodation in Whitefish, Montana for 2 guests
- 1 pair of Epic Planks skis or a snowboard
Entry Requirements:
- Write a short essay describing your dream day of cat skiing in Montana with Great Northern Powder Guides.
- Essay needs to include all of the following terms: ‘Montana cat skiing’; ‘snowcat’; ‘Epic Planks handmade powder skis’ OR ‘Epic Planks handmade snowboard’; and ‘backcountry skiing’ OR ‘backcountry snowboarding’.
- Essay needs to include text links to all of the following websites: http://www.greatnorthernpowderguides.com/, http://untrackedguides.com/, and http://epicplanks.com/. Please confirm that all of your links are working before submitting entry.
- Publish your essay somewhere online. It is up to you where you would like to post your entry. Examples of places to post your entry include: your own website/blog, a friends website/blog, your favorite message board, or any website that allows you to submit user generated content such as: Freeskier, Biglines, Newschoolers, Teton Gravity Research, Freeride.se, Blogger, WordPress, etc.

Terms/Conditions:
- Cat skiing and lodging redeemable during the 2011 – 2012 season.
- Free pair of Epic Planks handmade skis or snowboard to be delivered in fall 2011. Winner to choose ski/snowboard model and size by June 6, 2011. Winners outside of North America are responsible for the shipping expenses on their free skis or snowboard.
- All entry requirements must be met in order for an entry to be considered valid.
